Mathematical Instructions:

A number is divisible by 4 if it can divide evenly by 4 without leaving a remainder. In other words, when you divide the number by 4, the result should be a whole number.

For example:

12 ÷ 4 = 3 (no remainder, so 12 is divisible by 4)

15 ÷ 4 = 3.75 (not a whole number, so 15 is not divisible by 4)
