How to control anxiety
We will face anxiety when we are uncertain about future of current situation. We can reduce anxiety with certain practices. When we are in anxiety we can check the possible options to come out of the anxiety. If a take a scenario such as if a student anxious about exams, he can check what is the reason behind it. Whether he is anxious about that he is going to fail in the exam? If he does have the feeling such as he is not going to pass, he can check what are the subjects he is weak. Meditation helps in reduce the anxiety by activating para-sympathetic nervous system. These tips can help you in reduce the anxiety. If your anxiety could exist for longer duration such as days it could be a psychological problem. Consult a therapist in such situation
